A specialized program offering support for Black seniors living with memory loss, dementia, or
Alzheimer’s, providing resources and respite for their families and caregivers.


Key Activities:

  • Host memory-enhancing activities such as puzzles, music therapy, and storytelling
  • Provide caregiver support groups and workshops on dementia care techniques.
  • Offer culturally sensitive dementia care services, including respite care and in-home assistance
  • Raise awareness about dementia and reduce stigma through community education events.

Target Population:

Black seniors with memory-related conditions and their caregivers.
